Writing for the Public

ENGL 210

Students examine and practice the essay as a flexible, exploratory form of expression for thinking, discovery, and public engagement. Students analyze and write essays that move between the personal and the public, the experiential and the researched, and the tentative and the intellectually rigorous. Prerequisite: ENGL 110 or equivalent.

ENGL210 is a 3 credit course.
