Research Opportunity in Psychology

PSYC 497

Immerses students in the process of conducting psychological research. Students engage in independent or group research under the guidance of a faculty member. This experience is particularly valuable for those students interested in pursuing graduate studies in psychology. One to three credits; students may take a maximum of 3 credits of PSYC 497 in one semester and a maximum of 6 credits total. Students may use 3 credits of PSYC 497 to fulfill one of the Psychology major electives.

Prerequisites: PSYC 100 or PSYC 120, and consent of instructor.
