Applied Sports Science

PHED 465

Applied Sports Science allows students to practically apply the knowledge gained in PHED 350, PHED 450, PHED 455, and PHED 460 while introducing them to the latest advancements in athlete testing/tracking. The latest research and training techniques/methods as well as technology will be discussed. Topics include specificity, athletic performance, injury risk mitigation, and sports science technology and methodology.

Prerequisites: PHED 350, PHED 450, PHED 455, PHED 460

PHED465 is a 3 credit course.
